Mr. Alexandre Lemmens 

 

Alexandre practices mainly in real estate and has a profound knowledge of all lease contracts, commercial and private, contracts of sale, construction and local and regional fiscal issues relating to real estate.

Furthermore, Alexandre assists Mr Anthony Michielsen in the field of general commercial law as well as in maritime and transport law cases.

​

During his studies, Alexandre mainly focussed on property law and he remains active in this field as counsel for specialised companies in commercial and private real estate. In a remarkably short period of time Alexandre has built a firm practice in this field.

Alexandre obtained his law degree in 2011 at the University of Antwerp and started his internship the same year at the firm of Wijffels Advocaten, under the guidance of Mr Anthony Michielsen. They have been working together ever since.

​

He pleads in Dutch and French, is fluent in English and reads German.
